All prices on the Hotel Hedemarkens website are in Danish Kroner. The amounts are incl. Danish VAT (25%). We make reservations for tax changes, as well as external price and currency changes. We reserve the right to authorize your payment card.
If you have booked one or more nights on our website, changes such as shortening or total cancellations can be made in writing by contacting the hotel at kontakt@hotelhedemarken.dk.
It is possible to cancel a stay up until the day before arrival.
For parties, meetings and conferences as well as group/company solutions, individual terms can be agreed upon. We also refer to "Guarantee and Cancellation".
